President Vallehermoso, Luis del Rivero, said today that Germany, France and Italy would resort before Spain's plan to rescue the European Union, because these three countries have a debt relative to gross domestic product (GDP) much higher. "If someone has to go, Spain is the fourth," Del Rivero, who participated in a seminar on 'Three decades of Spanish economy' organized by the Association of Financial Journalists (APIE) and the International University Menéndez Pelayo ( UIMP). "All (these countries) are more indebted than Spain," he said.
